Take an in-depth look at the activity of your chat and operators.

In the “Operators” tab, you can view the individual statistics of your chat operators, including their message count, reaction time, ratings and how many chats they have served.

In the “Chats” tab, you are able to see your chat team’s performance over a specific period of time.

Google Analytics

You can also integrate the chat with Google Analytics to trace all the live events on your website. To add the plugin, simply follow this video instruction.
