Stay connected with a desktop app!

How can I get it?

To have valid credentials and log into your desktop app correctly, you need to have a registered account. If you don't have one, please follow this article. If you already have an account, skip straight to the installation.

Installation guide:

You can download the desktop app in the Dashboard or the Settings section of your chat panel.  We will automatically detect your system and display a download button. 

For Windows: 

  1. Hit Download.
  2. Download the .exe file and open it.

    If you can't see it, it should be saved in your Downloads folder by default: 
    Where *username* is the name of the profile you're logged into on your PC.

  3. Follow the instructions to install the app. It might ask you for administrator's permissions - if it does, hit 'yes' and continue.
  4. Log into your account - and that's it! You are ready to chat with your customers.
  5. Please note that hitting 'x' will close the app completely rather than minimising it. If you like to hide it and keep receiving notifications, press the '_' button.

For Mac OS X:

  1. Go to the To-do section of your chat panel and hit Download.
  2. Download the .zip file and extract it.
  3. An information window may appear - open the downloaded app.
  4. Log into your account - and that's it! You are ready to chat with your customers.
  5. You can hit the 'x' button to minimise the app and keep it online in the dock. 


How to extend the Windows 10 notifications?

To configure the amount of time notifications display on the screen in Windows 10, go to Settings > Ease of Access.

Then click Other Options and select how long you want the notifications to be shown. You can choose anywhere from five seconds up to five minutes.
