If you’re a new user, taking your first steps with our chat app, this is the perfect place to start! You’ll find useful information and tips about setting up your Tidio Chat and panel, so you can begin utilizing it right away.
Creating an account
First things first, you should set up an account. You can do it on our website at www.tidiochat.com, by clicking the “Try Tidio Now” button:
This will take you to the sign-up process - you just need to provide your email address, website address and password:
And that’s it! You have started your account and initiated a 7-day trial of Tidio Chat.
After you sign up, you will be asked to enter your name - this will be visible to your visitors when they initiate a chat with you. You can also edit that later in the operator profile.
The next step is to adjust the visuals of your Tidio Chat plugin:
Here you select the color of your chat, the avatar - so the picture that your visitors will see in-chat and the default language of your widget.
Last, but not least - setting up the widget on your site.
Tidio Chat is now up and running - you can now start chatting with your site’s visitors.
Log into your account
If you have installed Tidio Chat from one of the platforms below, then you may go to your chat panel directly from the respective platform’s panel:
If you’d like to use our mobile app or login via www.tidiochat.com, please go to your chat panel and click the “Create your account” button to create your login.
