How can I disable/hide the chat on my website?

There are two ways to remove the chat from your website.

Option #1

Set up the Offline Form so that your chat disappears when you are offline/away. The chat will be visible normally when you are online. To do that, please go to Channels > Offline Form and select 'Hide the chat when offline' from the drop-down list:

Option #2

Go to the Channels > Widget Settings section of your Tidio Chat panel and scroll down to the Display option. Click on the up/down arrow and select 'Adjust' from the drop-down menu that appears. 

A new window will appear where you can adjust the chat display to your preferences. Here you can customise your widget to be displayed on specific pages (or devices) only. To confirm, just click on 'X' in the upper-right:

Remember to save your changes in the panel by clicking on Save at the bottom of the Channels section.
