How can I disable/hide the chat on my website?

There are two options to remove chat from your website.

Option #1

Set up the offline form to disappear when you are offline. The chat will appear normally when online. To do it, please go to Channels > Offline form and select "Hide the chat when offline" from the dropdown list:

Option #2

To hide the chat on your website please go to the Channels > Widget Settings section of your Tidio Chat panel and scroll down to the Display option. click on the up/down arrow and select “Adjust” from the pulldown menu that appears. 

A new window will appear where you can adjust the chat display to your preferences.  Here you can customize your widget to be displayed on certain pages (or devices) only. To confirm, click on 'X' in the upper-right:

Remember to save your changes in the panel, by clicking on 'Save'at the bottom of the Channels section.
