How do I edit my Chat/Operator settings?

How to manage your chat and operator settings.

To access your Profile settings, please click your operator name in the upper right corner of your Tidio Chat panel and select “Profile”.

Here you can edit the operator name and your Profile picture which will be visible during a conversation.To edit the details for the entire chat, go to Channels section and select "Appearance" tab.

You can choose the name that you would like to have displayed on your chat widget (company name, website etc…). You can also edit the logo you would like to have for your chat in the “Avatar” section.


If you can't see the saved settings immediately on your website, please clear the cache in your browser. It might be storing the old settings. You can also open your website in a new incognito window.
