1. Go to your Channels > Email section in the Chat Panel, choose the correct mailbox and select the "Delete" button from the "three dotted" menu on the right side.2. Confirm your decision. (Your mailbox will be removed from your Chat Panel but to completely disable forwarding, you need to change the options in your mailbox settings.)
Now, depending on your integrated mailbox, please follow these steps:
1a. Please log in to your Google mailbox, select the Gear icon from the top right corner of your mail dashboard and choose "Settings"2a. Choose the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab in the settings and select the "Disable forwarding" option for the forwarding email address that you have added previously.
3a. ((You have succesfully removed the integration, you should no longer receive emails from this mailbox in your Chat Panel.))
For Outlook.com & Office 365:
1b. Select the Gear icon from the top right corner of your Inbox and choose "Options"
2b. From the Options page, click on the "Forwarding" tab in the "Account" section
3b. Select the "Stop forwarding" option and click on "Save".
4b. ((You have succesfully removed the integration, you should no longer receive emails from this mailbox in your Chat Panel.))
For other e-mail providers:
