How to edit your Operator/Chat Profile

To edit your operator profile, click on your name in a top-right corner of the chat panel.

Next, choose 'Profile' at the bottom of the expandable tab.


A new window will appear where you can change your name and upload an avatar. The changes are saved automatically so once you finish modifying your Operator Profile, close the window by clicking X in the top-right corner.

To edit your chat's profile, go to the Channels section of your admin panel.  You can upload your company logo there and customize the chat status.
