I'm unable to install the Desktop App on my Mac

Mac OS X by default prevents the installation of any applications that didn’t come from the Mac App Store. During the installation of our Tidio Chat desktop app you may recieve an alert dialog:

No worries! You can still install our desktop app without any issues (while maintaing your Mac's security) by following the steps below: 

1. Simply search for Tidio in Finder on your Mac. Once you locate a downloaded application, right-click on it and choose Open.

2. Similar alert will pop-up however this time you will be able to click on the Open button to launch the desktop app.

3. Please follow the instructions in the installation wizard and enjoy using our Tidio Chat desktop app!
