Integration with Campaign Monitor

To integrate Tidio Chat with your Campaign Monitor account, simply follow the steps below:

 

  1. Go to the “Apps” section of your Tidio Chat panel and click on the “Add” button. Next, select Zoho from the list of apps.

  2. The app is now added to your account. To fully integrate Campaign Monitor with Tidio Chat, please log into your Campaign Monitor panel.

  3. Click on your login name at the top right of the panel and select the “Manage Account” tab. Then, select “API Keys”.

  4. Next, select “Show API Key” and copy your API key. You can now go back to your Tidio Chat panel and paste your key to the API Key section of the Campaign Monitor app.

  5. Go back to your Campaign Monitor panel and go to the “Lists and Subscribers” section to select the list which you would like to add subscribers to.

  6. On the next page, select the “change name/type” link.

  7. Scroll down to the “API Subscriber List ID” and copy your ID tag. You can now go back to your Tidio Chat panel and paste your ID tag to the List ID section of the Campaign Monitor app.

  8. That’s it, you’ve now finished integrating Tidio Chat with your Campaign Monitor account.
