Quick Responses are a great way to answer your customers more efficiently. You can prepare short messages, links or even entire articles in your Quick Responses database and call upon them anytime during a chat.
Go to the Settings menu in your chat panel and then switch to “Quick Responses”
Add your message and click the "Save" button. You can later edit or delete an unwanted response
How to send a Quick Response?
To send a "Quick Response" during a chat with your customer just type in "@" symbol and choose your response from the list. "Quick Responses" will even search for your response if you type in any text after the “@” symbol e.g. @H will find you all responses beginning with “H”.
