Quick Responses are a great way to answer your customers more efficiently. You can prepare short messages, links, or even entire articles in your Quick Responses database and call upon them anytime during a chat.
1. Go to the Settings menu in your chat panel and then switch to Quick Responses.
2. Add your message and click the Save button. You can later edit or delete an unwanted response
How to send a Quick Response?
To send a Quick Response during a chat with your customer just type in the "@" symbol and choose your response from the list. You can make this process faster if you type in any text after the “@” symbol - for example "@H" will find you all the responses beginning with "H,” and "@hello" will find all the responses containing "hello."
