Settings

The settings section allows you to change the vital elements of the Tidio Chat backend. Edit your chat settings, manage operators, check into your account and much more.

  • Preferences - Change your project’s name, enable periodic reports (daily, every 3 days, weekly, monthly) and clear previously banned visitors. You can also delete the chat project here settings1.png

  • Account - here you can review your recent invoices, change the billing data or edit your login details (Email, Password)settings2.png

  • Operators - Add or delete operators and manage their permissions. To learn more about it, click here

  • Departments - Set up departments to organise your operators and assign them into separate divisions (e.g. Sales, Support, etc.), so that it's easier for your visitors to reach the right team. To learn more about it, click here

  • Notifications - Change the notification sound that will be played when a new visitor comes to your site, as well as when you receive a new message or a new chat requestsettings4.png

  • Opening Hours - Set your hours of operation. When the chat is scheduled to be off, users will see your chat as offlinesettings5.png

  • Affiliate - Refer your friends or anyone else you think would like to use Tidio Chat and earn each time they make a paymentsettings6.png

  • Developer- Find out more about your project(s) and modify your chat with the Tidio APIsettings7.png
