Is your chat still online after you've logged out of the panel?
You may still be logged in on another device. If you are using the mobile app, please check to make sure that you have the "Stay online" option turned off. If you have this option set to “on” your chat will remain online until you logout of your mobile app.
Also, please ensure that you, or one of your operators are not logged in from another device. When an operator is logged in, your chat will remain online.
