Why are the changes in my Tidio Chat panel not affecting the chat widget?

Please make sure that you have clicked the "Save" button in your Tidio Chat panel > Channels > Appearance, to apply the changes.

Your changes will appear immediately after you have refreshed the website.

If you find that the changes are still not being applied, try clearing your browser cache and then refresh your page once again. Here is a link to help you clear your cache - http://www.refreshyourcache.com.
